One on One In-Home Personal Training
At MTH Fitness, we know how busy you are, so the gym comes to you! I will come to your home, office, private gym, with all the required equipment you need to get a total-body challenging workout. I currently provide in home personal training in Mount Vernon, New Rochelle, Yonkers, Hartsdale, Scarsdale, Larchmont, Bronx, and Manhattan.

One-on-one, 40 minute sessions are $85, buy 10 in advance and its only $80 per session.*
One-on-one, 60 minute sessions are $100, buy 10 in advance and its only $95 per session.*
This service is ideal for up to 2-3 people train together with one trainer. Shared training sessions like this have been growing in popularity over the last several years because it offers a multitude of advantages over one-on-one training.
Group training is sometimes a nice option because it will allow you the opportunity to get into shape while having fun with your friends or family. It will enable you to have a support team of your group, as well as your trainer. Group training can instill a nice sense of camaraderie, and can help with consistency of workouts.
-It is up to 50% more cost-effective than one-on-one private training. Save $$$!
-It opens up the training diversity to include dynamic partner drills and circuit style training.
-It offers a subtle social dynamic that makes the training experience more enjoyable.
Group, 45 minute sessions are $185, buy 10 in advance and its only $175 per session. *(This amount is paid in total by the group and not per person.)
Group, 60 minute sessions are $200, buy 10 in advance and its only $185 per session.* (This amount is paid in total by the group and not per person.)
